Fat and Weight are the major reason of disease. If we can't control on it it's become a very serious problem for us. Now I am going to give you some tips on how to reduce fat and weight without exercises or without any efforts like weight lifting. 

Follow this tips to lose fat and weight without Exercises:

Hot Water:- When you woke-up in the morning you should take a glass of warm water, it's help you to clean your stomach and help to improve your digestion system. And when you take meal in lunch and dinner you should take a cup of hot water. Hot water will help you in reducing fat and weight both.

Walk:- When you had lunch or dinner you should walk 15 to 20 minute's to digest your food easily it will also help you to reduce your extra weight.

Food Timings:- Food timings are always matter, if you do not take your meals on time then you have to face over weight and fat issue. So first you have to take your meals on time.

Don’t Miss your meal: Don’t miss your food it is also a reason to generate more fat in your body. Real fact is that if you try to miss your meal it will not help you to reduce fat.

Dinner:- We always do mistake in dinner, We take heavy meal in dinner. Try to take small meal in dinner. Always go for walk after dinner.

Over Feeding:- Do not over feeding yourself.  

Try to avoid the instant food.
